Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 December 2025

This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have about it. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.

Who we are

Live AI Dream is a brand, marketing and AI agency working with clients internationally. For the purposes of data protection law we are the data controller for information collected through this site.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry when you complete the contact form. We also collect limited technical information automatically: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, browser and device type.

What we do not collect

We do not collect special category data, we do not ask for financial information through this site, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data.

How we use it

We use enquiry data to respond to you and, where a commercial relationship follows, to administer that relationship. We use analytics data to understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. We process analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the performance of our own website. Where we rely on legitimate interest we have assessed that our interest does not override your rights.

Sharing

We share data with a small number of processors who provide services to us: website hosting, email delivery, and customer relationship management. Each is bound by a written agreement restricting them to processing on our instructions.

International transfers

Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses together with any supplementary measures the transfer requires.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for twenty-four months from the last contact, or for the duration of the commercial relationship plus the period required by tax and contract law where a relationship follows. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form only after fourteen months.

Security

Data is held on access-controlled systems with encryption in transit. Access is limited to the staff who need it to do their work, and is reviewed when someone changes role or leaves.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw that consent at any time, which does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Making a request

Write to the postal address on our contact page or use the contact form. We respond within one month. If we need more time because a request is complex we will tell you within that first month and explain why.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data you may complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or to the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies help us count visits and understand navigation, and are set only with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer, and you can delete cookies through your browser at any point.

Consent to the use of cookies

Your current cookie preferences are stored for twelve months, after which you will be asked again. Withdrawing consent stops further collection but does not delete data already collected; use the rights section above for that.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy annually and whenever we change how we handle data. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised date at the top.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or about how we handle personal data generally, should go to the address listed on our contact page marked for the attention of the data protection lead.
